bali, i've only seen you twice the whole time you were here which really sucks. but when you come back again, i'll make sure you don't go without spending a day with me! and we shall take lots and lots of pictures! i miss you so much! whether you're here or all the way across the world or something, know that i'll always think of you and will hold you dear to my heart! years have gone by, thank goodness we're still in contact though we haven't shared as much to each other yet about what's been going on and all but we'll do that when we see each other ;)

I really just love the worship team! My family :) i love the chemistry and just everything about them. They're so talented and i can see their hearts for their Creator! I'm super duper proud of them!

Haha, okay i think i should update since i'm taking a break from studying all the different types of mics and eqs :) I passed my Sound Reinforcement exam!! Thank you God!! Got another exam tomorrow and the day after hehe. Mommy is visiting on thursday and i can't wait to see her! :D Even in the midst of my exams!

okay, that's like a really random title. But my brain can't think much. Had such a long day! I spent most of my time away from school. Was at RTB most of the time! It was honestly such a waste of time. - -"! I mean the people there are really nice and friendly but they really need to work fast! - -" and even better, in advanced! Cause when we got there in the morning, nothing was even set up yet! So the rehearsals got postponed down in the afternoon. But when we got there, they still weren't finished! Most of the time, we sat there talking and watching them set up and play with the lighting. Hahaha.
I have a really busy week ahead! Time's moving so fast!!

There was this fire that broke out infront of my flat just a few days back! Scary stuff yo, me and my mom were watching America's Got Talent then suddenly "BOOOM" (okay i dont know how an explosion should sound like 'typed' out) and I went to the window and saw this flat on fire. At first was like
"WOAH COOL" then 2nd thought was "OH MY LEMONS IS EVERYONE OUT?!?!"
My first FIRE experience k, what do you expect! Anyway i took a video and its up on facebook, i sound so strange because i said things like "I don't know how the firemen are going to put the fire out" and "okay so i got to go now, so yeah..." haha I was trying to report the fire, FAILED ATTEMPT! My stay in Brunei has been alright so far. Other than this constant pain in my tummy which has been ongoing for 3 days now, meeting friends, having family dinner, just chilling feels ever so good. But I have to admit that i do miss doing my laundry, cleaning my room, having breakfast with people that had not slept overnight haha, taking the bus and trains. But it's good to chill here, i feel so relaxed which is what I really wanted when i was back in Singapore.
Its 12:20am and i know i should be sleeping but the tummy ache's just keeping me up. I'm going to be making fairy cupcakes tomorrow with mummy. Been craving for thick icing on cupcakes for a very long time! :) Me and my cravings ~
I'm still not over the fact that i lost my Rachael Yamagata Autographed Album :( So annoying, I cannot find it anywhere in Brunei or Singapore! But i really remembered bringing it back to Singapore, i'm just hoping that it'll just pop up somewhere someday.
Okay what's up with this whole Swine Flu thing! I heard that people arriving from other countries should stay at home for at least a week, hehe i didn't exactly do that, because i had no idea we had to until i was out of the house and found out from someone lol. I just heard that a 12 year old child passed away due to the Flu in Brunei, AND 50% of the people that have H1N1 are below the age of 20 :O. My my. I didn't think it'd get this serious, but there IS a cure for it so that's good!
My trip to China/Hongkong obvsiouly got cancelled when my dad heard about how serious it got over there. So my mom suggested we all go to sentosa back in Singapore, like stay at weekend over there. Grr Swine Flu ruining my holidays!! But it's all good to be with good company here and family, i just wanted to go shopping somewhere, haha. Oh well! There's always December holidays - the years flying by really fast! It's already july! 5 more months till the end of year :O Fast fast!

I thought about how many times we think or say bad/negative things not realizing that we're speaking into our own lives or into people's lives. Pst. I just got the news that my Lasalle Level One results are O U T but i can't access my mailbox at this time because, my uncle has the key. So therefore i have to wait till tonight to get the long awaited news. A key is all i need right now, the mailbox key!!! But I know i have nothing to worry about! Church later - Troy Marshalls going to be speaking today! Heard he a really good at prophecies! So can't wait for that!!!
I think the scariest thing when you're on the mountain top is losing your zeal for God. Even the slightest bit of slack sends you off panicking like crazy .. SORRY GOD SO SORRY GOD aosihdasoidhasdas! It's like triggering an alarm bell. But that's how i was. I was so so worried that I wouldn't FEEL the same way. The way the Holy Spirit has always overwhelmed me whenever i'm playing on the keyboard and just singing. That itself was a lesson taught to me by Him telling me that this relationship that we have isn't based on our FEELINGS. But FAITH.I think many people tend to give up easily because they can't seem to feel God close to them the way He was before and stuff and they tend to give up and drift away.
So to all who may feel like God isn't there and isn't listening to you. That's where your faith comes in to believe that God is really who He says He is and HE IS DEFINITELY THERE FOR YOU! I believe when you sow your faithfulness, God will reap a great big harvest after! (:
I SERIOUSLY need a check up on this whole sleep.thing, haha. Other than that, i can't wait for Sentosa on Wednesday (oh pls, hurry up) =) I'm sitting on my 1 yr old orange ikea table which i think is very dirty and needs a good clean today perhaps, with my lamp shade that shakes everytime i type fast - which makes me wonder if the 1yr old ikea table is stable haha. My stomach's rumbling, tumbling, fumbling haha.
I had breakfast with 2 friends Ivan and Edmund 2 days ago, it was rather insane because we all hadn't slept and Edmund came all the way from Tampanies at 7 in the morning, like woah. So being all 'awake' we went to MacD's for good old breakfast, i had Mac Griggles, after the very filling meal with in between non-stop laughters of Ms. Swan (youtube her), we headed back to Ivan's place which was a walk down from mine, and chilled. Me and Edmund fell asleep, and woke up around 2, so that was like 2hours of sleep. Ivan didn't let us sleep anymore because he wanted to vacate the house haha. So at around 3pm we headed down to Novena for some good Jap food, had greentea icecream that topped up the whole meal. Had starbucks and headed home.
Harper's Island is getting very INTENSE! I just want to know who's the killer, haha yes i stayed up that day to watch it -- my eyes were burning, :) hehe
OUMPA, i just heard the primary school bell near my place ring --- it never fails to make me think that its some firebell -.- Anyway i'm going to grab a piece of bread and coffee then off to the laundry (colored and whites seperately) then ROOM clean, and probably an afternoon nap :)
My left eye is pretty watery for some reason. Oh wells. HELLO! Bali's already talking kids! AWESOME! Haha, whoever the lucky guy is. ;) Well, this blog is looking pretty, easy-on-the eyes. THANKS BALI! :D Since you were the one that did it. So yesterday my brother and I went out with Ling, Jeremy and the rest of the SG people for dinner. It was great seeing J & L again! Like so so great! I missed them a lot! Honestly, before i came, i was a little bit unsure and uncomfortable about some things but they both cleared that up so THAT'S AWESOME! :D

We lose sight of what God's intended for us and rush off into another direction. We let loose our ferventness in the Word and leave ourselves wide open for the devil to take over.
But the world is waiting for that new generation that will arise. Arise with selfless faith to say YES! to march into the destiny that God has for them. I had a vision once about butterflies being trapped in a jar. Heaps of them. But a hand reached out and opened the jar to set them free. God told me, that jar of butterflies is our nation and that hand is the newly risen generation. THAT generation. It doesn't only have to be Brunei. But every other nations. There's so much brokenness out there, and how long do we have till we go into the place God has prepared for us? We surely don't know. Let us let go of the things of this world.. break down our pride.. lift up our hands in surrender to the King of kings .. all that we have. Our hopes, our dreams, our desires.. our everything. (: We are so much more than we think we are.

I think i have a problem of over thinking, grr have to kick this habit! That's proberly why i've been up alot lately, got to get my head around this somehow. Need some sorting out; tough times with the heart. I have to try to let my guard down, well - open up more to the people here.
My daddy was talking to me online yesterday about the future and all, and he said that he wants 4 grand kids!My first reaction was :D then my dad added on 'in 10 years time' i was like O_O haha that's like crazy, i'm going to be 28, married with 4 kids! wow, just thinking about it sounds so adventurous, but nothing is impossible :) i do want 4 or maybe 5 kids really. I thought about marriage and calculated how old i have to settle down with "THE ONE" so that i can meet that deadline of 4 kids at the age of 28 haha, found it rather funny. But obviously i'm not taking this too seriously, it's my daddy - if i even have ONE kid it would make his world :) Oh to add on, my dad wants all my kid's names to start with the letter "M".
Was really interesting with the responses i got on facebook, :) But deep down i can't wait for kids, i keep watching those sappy romantic comedies - where a mother gives birth and holds their baby in their arms, fragile and tiny. eee just thinking about it just makes me all warm inside! haha, okay this is awkward one way or another.
But i am excited, baby names! :) I guess i'll be starting with all the names starting with the letter "m" :)

Well not really study. But really just to plan out my essays, find the right researchers and all. :D and got my lit essay to do for the MPR as well which will be due on thursday.
I don't want to shut myself away from You. But the weightbags are pulling me down, i need You and only You. I can't do this on my own.

I stayed up till 6AM yesterday, crazy stuff. I wasn't tired because i stupidly drank starbucks at night (Y) hehe well done, well done. BUT! the good thing that did come out from that was that i finished doing my Recital Program AND Master CV. Exams are next week people thats like in a few days, less than 7. I'm not that ready for keyboard which is alright because i still have ONE week to practice, pretty much ready for the recital. I can't wait for next next week when everything is overrrrr, less pressure.But considering the fact that i'm doing something i really love, it's less stressful, just that time isn't enough!
My eyes are all droupy right now, i can't sleep have to wait another 2 hours, so it'll be 9! then i'll get a long rest!

I think I've watched Facing The Giants 10 times. Seriously, i don't know why i'm not sick of it! I love the death crawl part, okay not doing it but seeing how Coach Taylor pushes Brock because he promised his very BEST. It's really inspiring, really really inspiring. Fireproof is good too, watched it with my mom a couple of weeks back -- its about marriage tho, but again if i found it good what more married couples ;)? HAHA okay, if that made any sense. :D
I watched the 'Making' of Facing The Giants, and found out that Chris Willis who plays assistant coach J.T. Hawkins Jr was actually facing one of his own giants in life during the take of this movie. His wife whos a mother of 4, was diagnosed with a terminal disease. After the movie was finished, his wife passed away. God used him to the extent of playing a role in this movie to prepare him for what was to come. What He can do with ordinary lives.

Powerful stuff, Highly recommend this movie, and also Fireproof (even though your not married), it will impact and change the way you think. Sherwood Baptist Church saw to it that people were more interested in the media more than church, so they saw to it that they would bring church into theatres, they prepared their fields and God sent the rain. Flywheel (their first film) hit theatres predicted to stay only for the weekend stayed for six weeks. Facing the Giants was previewed as well --- many that saw the movie came out of the cinema's weeping, in search of this God, Our God :)

Classes officially started last Saturday. GREAT teachers, not tedious at all hahaha and met lots of new people. They're all great! Praise God! I met friends whom i have not seen in a super duper jumbo long long time! Im happy and excited and everything! I'm trying to type as fast as i can SOUNDLESSLY because i need to go soon! There's school tomorrow and yeahh.. i wasn't assigned to any homeworks yet but i did have a research to do. Nothing much just looking at a couple of artists and paintings. Found really really good ones like this guy named Bob Nixon and so many others! aowoawha! I'm going insane! Camp's coming up and im super excited for it! I believe so much that God's gonna move! And shake this generation of youths! AWESOOME!

I just finished doing my laundry and realized how tiring it can be. Washing, hanging, drying, folding. Separating the whites from the colors, so i haven't done my white laundry yet. My backaches from taking down the laundry because its high up and in poles. My bed sheet keeps moving so i have to fix it practically every morning, more than 10 times already! haha. My table is so messy, so many things from school is on there, i just realized how much paper they can use man! On the left of my table is my keyboard so i kinda use it to hold my laptop, sigh.
I just texted my mom, to tell her much i miss her. Not because she does my laundry and cleans up and all. It's just a bit different when i have her here to talk to her about my day and ask for advice on things, her beds next to mine, and its so empty. I miss her annoying me for songs and asking me 'what you want to eat today?', and tickling me when i tell her to sayang me. I know I'm turning 18 and i still do this, but she's like my best friend, my mom knows me the best.
She amazing, even though we fight sometimes over silly things. What kind of friends don't? I need to tell her about so many things right now, i have so much to update her on, haha. I'm sure she is having a great time in Brunei, with her friends laughing and being funkylious like she always is, haha next thing you know ah, i see her with different color hair or something! She always surprises me =)
Where to start! Alright alright. I'm in production where its being filmed at Botanical Garden, but like in jungle. Okay if that made sense, anyway! My job is to sound design, make props and help with the lighting! So had to go see see first right? Haha, Me and Sing Huey were so unprepared, because our director changed the date on the day -_-, and we had to go on that day in flip-flops, shorts and a t-shirt, like woah. Okay so when the crew went into the jungle, me and Sing Huey waited outside to:
1) guard their things
2) stay far away from bugs and anything else that'll bite :)
So while standing on the pavement, we heard this crack of twigs, you know haha i don't know how to explain the sound. So both Sing Huey and I turned around and we were looking around on the ground, then i saw something moving... from here it went pretty much like...

s: silence.
and it repeated over and over again, till the snake slithered back into the forest. I was so terrified that my heart was jumping like mad! It wasn't one of those you know, small green thin snakes, it was FAT and BLACK....ew.
haha that was pretty much the brief! but we're alright, :). But i'd like to say that this is the reason why snakes are better off on animal planet. I used to be a fan of snakes, till i saw one in real life.
HELLO!! *echo* This blog has been dead since...ever. Hahaha. SO what's been up with me is that:
I just turned 17 like 2 days ago. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE WISHES! (: Been busy with camp stuff! Hehehehe! I think i'm done with it ... hmm.. I damaged my right arm due to having the wrong posture while using the laptop. (90 degrees hand posture wasn't there. Sighh...) Awaiting my confirmation into MD! Apparently, it has been postponed due to the busy-ness of the National day rehearsals. SUSSSSPENNNSEEEEE~
OOPS! I have to go now..SG! Hahahahaahahahaha...

Rain rain rain! For all who are in Brunei, you'll all know how rainy it has been. It's a killer! I'm really sorry for those whose houses have been damaged or cars or whatever it is. :S Really hope things will be much better for them soon. But thank God for the rest that are safe and sound! My house is fortunately safe. Nothing damaged. How's yours? :)
I actually have to go soon. I've got things to do. Ahh! This blog has been dead silent for a long time. But i thought i'd just stop by to show some signs of life and hope. :P HUHUHU! Been busy and still going to be busy with lots of things. HOooomyhashbrowns!

I know that i didn't get to meet up with you that much. The only time was when you came over to my place for a short time to catch up.
